RBID UPDATE

As I said July 15, I see no reason for anyone who still owns RBID too low to sell. The stock, in purely MY opinion, is being manipulated by someone or group because it is being accumulated. I have found numerous red flags in the comapany but one of the biggest factors in making money in penny stocks is to be able to identify where the stock is being directed. It's rather easy to push, for lack of better word, maybe, a penny stock. It appears that RBID at these levels can become very profitable based purely on a momentum play. I think that it could double again from here .0048 to perhaps .009, which is where I'd sell and maybe it will go higher. I just don't like what I see in the company and who is directing it.

Since I'm here, UWRL is up 80% in 2 days, WNSH is down 16% from where I got it and PDGT is basically flat.

Cheers traders.

7/16 ~ 7/20

Current Positions:

FCCN: Bought @ .017 > .01 (41%)
GRXI: Bought @ .0043 > .0024 (44%)
IDCN: Bought @ .0006 > .0007 +16%
INXR: Bought @ .0005 > .0012 +140%
RBID: Bought @ .019 > Sold @ .003 loss of 84%
(If anyone does own this I would not sell: it's too cheap.
I sold because I am closing a position I should have never
been in and I would rather think about other plays I can
make money in. Technically speaking, it looks good, so yes, I do not reccomend selling it.)

*GRXI: I will be looking to sell this on the next bounce due to the dilution taking place.

Stocks I'm watching for this week are:
WNSH, PDGT(again),and UWRL

THE "Form D" ~ RBID.COM, Inc.

Lex Luthor NOW has a copy of the public document that has the earmarkings of a private document. It's difficult to get, time consuming, is NOT free, the CEO will not discuss or acknowledge it The following document IS public information and was furnished to the SEC to inform all parties that the company, RBID, plans and has begun to sell common stock to raise capital. It has been my experience that documents like these are easily available either electronically through companies like Edgar, or a press release is issued with a description of the filing. In this case, Edgar had no record available for electronic viewing, and a very concise public sentence was issued in the beginning of June that mentioned a RegDex filing. This is how many of us, investors learned of it; if you really wanted to view it, you had to contact the SEC and pay for a copy resulting in about a 3 week wait. This is what I had to do: pay and wait for a public document from the company I invested in that has the money to provide Level II quotes on Pink Sheets, but cannot afford to post a public company document.

Another very odd and perplexing phenomena is the disappearance of the press release or the NOTIFICATION about the RegDex! Had I never seen it, I would have never written any of this because it would have all been buried as far as I knew. I have checked numerous sites and that PR has vanished. How? Why? The copy of the 504 in my hand has not vanished and I have taken precautions to make sure nothing strange happens to MY copies!!

The following posts on X-Xxb discuss the RegDex filing:
Many are opinions only.

The filing Mentions REGdex form was filed, have you not seen it yet ?

REG D =
A Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation governing private placement exemptions. Reg D allows usually smaller companies to raise capital through the sale of equity or debt securities without having to register their securities with the SEC.

Reg D offerings are advantageous to any private company or entrepreneur because they allow an entity to obtain funding faster and to avoid the costs associated with a public offering.

Reg D = Dilution

They are not restricted, they are being sold for cash to operate the company.

It's not the end of the world, just understand what it is doing to the PPS.

Paper filing # 07066568

Send email to publicinfo@sec.gov and reference the document # along with your name, address, phone #

Due to the length of this post, the 504 will placed in the next one. You can leave comments here.

This information was found in a PR from WallSt.net.

In June of 2007, there was a press release that discussed a RegDex that had been filed with the SEC; otherwise, I doubt that many of us would have learned of it. The Press Release was dated 5/29/07 and was being discussed on I-Hub during the first 2 weeks of June. For some reason, I can no longer find any mention of it. First, it took about 3 weeks to get a copy of it which will be posted by several parties in the morning and what happened to the original press release? Is the company actually considering paying over $300,000.00 for marketing, promotion and advertising? IMO, this is a company I am totally embarrassed to own 1 share of!

FCCN - bought @ .017, current .01
company made announcement they would raise additional capital through stock sale. Merger still anticipate to go through.

GRXI - bought @ .0043, current .0028, another merger acting sympathetic to this Peacock merger. Expect another pop short term which I will use to get out.

INXR - bought @ .0005, current .0006, news expected within 19 days. Up 20%.

IDCN - bought @ .0006, current .0008, up 33%

RBID - bought @ .019, current .0035, down 81%. The time frame is 20 trading days. The CEO decided to utilized a 504 offering of stock to raise money; it was signed April 26, 2007. The next post is dedicated to an incredibly designed and executed 504 where the company, Alan Rothman decided to raise the maximum amount of $1,000,000,.00

7/2 ~ 7/6

No new picks this week.

FCCN, GRXI are both down however GRXI should bounce again shortly and if it does not break .0059 I'm out.

FCCN is down mostly due to an announcement that the merger with AERO is delayed. Over 160 million shares have been held by many investors waiting for the original 2 Quarter merger and apparently some became tired of waiting. The big money is still there and buying more at current levels. .007 - .009

RBID is a catastrophe: Alan Rothman, CEO, has shied to the shareholders about forthcoming information and is obviously just diluting the hell out of the stock to pay salaries and other expenses. This could become a write-off.

INXR looks GREAT @ .0005 and I feel very comfortable with it. Likewise, IDCN is holding, boring, but holding.

Happy 4th of July! Markets are closed Wednesday and I expect the week to be slow.
