The Dow Jones Industrial Average tumbled below 7000 for the first time in 12 years as investors around the globe appeared to be giving up hope and girding for a prolonged recession.

U.S. investors joined a world-wide selloff that began in Asia and rippled through industries from financials to consumer durables to technology. The Dow dropped 4.2% to 6763.29, its lowest close since April 1997. It has lost almost one-quarter of its value this year and more than half since its high in October 2007.

Going to take a break from trading for about a month and then, go at it again and not making the same mistakes that were made. It's amazing to me that the account was able to sustain itself for over 8 months; I also should have never taken any profits out, but I did. We learn from mistakes and I still believe one can make a lot of money in the penny game if greed is in check and ideally having about $2,000 - 5,000 would make it easier in my opinion. Sold 300,000 PNHL @ .0007. Lousy trade. Mistake made from asking another good trader what he liked and buying into it before finding out there is a large Seller trying to get out. If you are going to play the game, you should use your checklist and watch recommendations: don't buy in to them 5 minutes later. Another lesson told, another of my own broken!

Seems TCHH was sold too soon: it went up 250%, but I sold early because of a lack of available due diligence. Again, one must remember as well as I, these trades are meant to be short term: 1 - 4 days on technical reasons, not research reasons.

I think long term it will be a good company, but a few things bothered me. Even though I no longer qualify for the dividend tomorrow, I believe that when the new acquisition is discussed, current shareholders will find out that even though they own the float now, the company has to increase the A/S from 10 million to 100 million to finace the investment in SecureNetView. UHCR had reduced the A/S from over 400 million to 10 million in November to show shareholders there would be no dilution and the price of the stock could go to $1.00 + . All of us think that was a great move! But now, to change the A/S and give SecureNetView about 75 million in 1 year restricted stock changed the dynamics in my opinion. I found this out by calling Clayton, the CEO, and he told me. Sometimes they will talk. But after trying to figure out how they were going to effect a 5 shares of UHCR for 1 share of SecureNetView, an increase in the A/S seemed the only way and he confirmed that. Dilution will be coming, though it's a good business plan: I just don't want to wait that long, and we'll see where it opens tomorrow on ex-dividend date. Might be able to buy it cheap and flip it! We'll see how we play it next, if we do.

I should obviously not bought in and when I found out a few other players were involved in it I knew I was in trouble and was just looking for a decent exit or loss point. WNBD went to .02 today and I owned it and sold at .0055 and it just pissed me off and the emotions got me into BDRR for just a little profit. After cooling down, I looked for something new that fit the real profile. ISBL was one which I placed a buy in @ .0038 yesterday: it did not fill and has doubled today. The stock closed @ .004 yesterday. A few others I was watching have gone up as well but I still haven't quite chilled out enough.

Today's buy looks good and I have been watching it for several weeks and I feel fairly comfortable with it. So I'm just gonna hang with this one a little while unless it triples on me!

Should have got .006! This is pinky land. You can either put in a very specific order, like All or None, or the current bid/ask price, but if the MM's want to screw you they can. There were 2 bids @ .006, but my bottom limit was .0055 and they sold mine at .0055 even though the 2 MM's were still buyers @ .006. Some of mine should have gone at .006! It's the point, not the 25 bucks! I expected Scottrade to do a better job like they always have for me.

But I sold because I thought that there should have been enough momentum to push this to .007 by now which is critical. For now, I wait on Scottrade to get back with me and I watch for another trade, though tomorrow is Friday, so who knows!

It will probably go higher, but a 27% profit in 4 hours is a good trade. Once this account reaches $1,000.00, then the risks will change due to different trades I will make. Since the 17th, I have now traded 3 times and cannot make any more round-trips (day trades) until the 25th because of the definition below.

Pattern day trader is a term defined by Securities and Exchange Commission to describe a trader who executes 4 (or more) day trades in one week. Day trading is allowed for accounts with a $25,000.00 minimum, but not less. So I have to cool it for a while ;) But the stock is currently at .012 after just falling from .015 to .01 in a matter of minutes.
